4Common problem

1. High and low temperature resistance. Silica gel has obvious high temperature resistance. Silicon atoms are mainly connected to methyl groups. The molecules are in a helical structure, and the bond angle and bond length are relatively large. This unique molecular structure makes it have high thermal stability. Generally, silica gel can be used at 120 ℃ for 20 years. Our specially prepared silica gel can withstand higher temperatures.

Because the helical molecular structure of silica gel has good flexibility and low embrittlement temperature, we can meet the low-temperature working requirements of - 80 ℃ to - 115 ℃ by changing the molecular structure of polysiloxane.

2. Chemical resistance. Silica gel can quickly recover its own properties after the volatilization of oily substances or polar solvents, and can avoid softening and expansion. Therefore, it has excellent chemical resistance and few corresponding volume changes

3. Low surface activity and physiological inertia. Silica gel, as a semi inorganic polymer material, has no active compounds. Through our special modification, it can achieve fire, flame retardant and anti-aging properties. Combined with factory vulcanization, it can achieve green environmental protection, non-toxic and tasteless, and is basically harmless to the environment and human body. Due to the flexibility of silica gel molecular chain, it also has good lubrication, anti adhesion, hydrophobic defoaming and other excellent characteristics.

4. Resistance to compression deformation. Under the harsh environment of high temperature 250 ℃ or low temperature - 60 ℃, silica gel has good compression deformation resistance and can maintain a good stable state. It can also prepare products with higher requirements according to market requirements, such as sealing rubber rings.

5. Antioxidant. Due to the absence of double bonds in its main chain, silica gel is not easy to be degraded by external ozone and ultraviolet rays, so it has good radiation resistance and can be used outdoors for decades.

6. Air permeability. Silica gel molecules have both inorganic and organic structures, long distance between atoms and great degrees of freedom, so they have good solubility in gas, thus obtaining excellent air permeability and easy to penetrate gas molecules. It can be used in agricultural production, medical organs and other fields.
